SOFTWARE PRODUCT MANAGER
Tracey Shi is an integral part of the ProCredEx team serving as a Software Product Manager. She is responsible for collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders to design and build impactful solutions that solve complex business problems and delight partners.
Prior to ProCredEx, Tracey gained start-up and leadership experience as a Senior Business Analyst at Apervita where she led the launch of the Direct Data Submission Platform (DDSP) that enabled >60% of US hospitals to submit electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQMs) and Chart-Abstracted Measures directly to The Joint Commission (TJC). The DDSP solution helped save both TJC and the various hospitals over $100M annually.
Tracey was introduced to Value Based Care (VBC) at Qcentive where she served as a Business Analyst. To empower health systems to transition from Fee for Service (FFS) to VBC, Tracey designed financial cost and utilization reports that highlighted savings opportunities for various care delivery settings.
Tracey graduated from Babson College in 2018 with a concentration in Business Analytics and was immediately driven to disrupt the healthcare industry with innovative solutions aimed at solving the largest challenges and reducing waste.
