BUSINESS COORDINATOR
Magdalena joined the ProCredEx team as a Digitization Analyst in 2023, and was quickly promoted to a Business Coordinator, where she is responsible for managing the member onboarding process, overseeing quality assurance tasks, identifying improvement areas, creating workflow documentation, and supporting the Director of Operations with technical tasks.
Magdalena graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the College of Computing, Engineering & Construction at the University of North Florida. Her academic studies focused on team management, project documentation management, and software development. The combination of the business and computing knowledge allows Magdalena to contribute to optimizing the company’s best practices by understanding the technical needs of the members and clients.
Magdalena is originally from Poland. She currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida with her husband and son. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, reading books, and playing board games with her friends and family.
