Mr. Cohen is Chief Executive Officer at ProCredEx which offers award-winning credentialing and compliance software as well as outsourced credentials management services. Supporting transportation providers, brokers, payors, and regulators across the United States, ProCredEx quickly brings transportation companies into compliance so they avoid lost revenue and continuously fulfill the industry’s ever-increasing expectations for driver and vehicle safety.

Prior to joining ProCredEx, Mr. Cohen served as Vice President of Growth Enablement for SOC Telemed (now Access Telecare) where he helped position the company for public offering via SPAC with a special focus on empowering the growth team during a period of $60M in revenue growth. He also helped launch the firm’s acute care telemedicine platform used by 19 of the top 25 largest health systems in the United States. Mr. Cohen started his career with Tenon Consulting, a boutique firm focused on advancing credentialing and compliance programs for national payors, the Department of Defense, and other healthcare organizations. At Tenon, he led an award-winning outsourced credentialing services team and helped design a credentials management SaaS offering.

Mr. Cohen attended the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in management and a master’s degree in business. Additionally, Mr. Cohen is a Leonard Leadership Scholar having earned a certificate in personal and organizational leadership from the Institute of Leadership Advancement at UGA and a certificate in board management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Cohen calls Savannah, Georgia home, with his wife and two young boys.
