CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Craig Rosenberg is Chief Financial Officer at ProCredEx where he is responsible for financial oversight, C-suite and BOD reporting, cash management, pricing strategy, budgeting and forecasting, long-range planning and investor relations. With over 15 years of experience in Corporate FP&A, he is passionate about enabling strategic business decisions by leveraging relevant data and meaningful analysis.
Prior to joining ProCredEx, Craig spent over seven years at Simeio, a PE-backed Cybersecurity firm focused on Identity and Access Management. After starting there as a Finance Manager, Craig worked his way up to Head of Finance and was responsible for all FP&A and financial reporting, treasury management, sales operations, and M&A diligence, as well as serving as the primary BOD liaison. Earlier in his career, Craig was a Senior Financial Analyst for several Fortune 500 companies including Newell Rubbermaid, McKesson, and Ingram Micro.
Craig graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in finance, and later earned a master’s degree in management from J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. Outside of work, Craig serves as a board member for Alpha Epsilon Pi, the international Jewish fraternity, where he assists with financial oversight, annual budgeting, asset management, and insurance strategy. He and his wife reside in Atlanta, GA with their two daughters.
