VICE PRESIDENT OF STRATEGIC PROJECTS
John Damouni serves as the Vice President of Strategic Projects at ProCredEx, where he is primarily responsible for leading operational and service excellence initiatives. John is noted for his expansive track record as a high-achieving business leader thriving in fast fast-paced environments where success depends upon delivering the uppermost level of service.
Prior to joining ProCredEx, John held several leadership positions at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where he developed and mentored high-performing teams through thoughtful engagement and empowering individuals to strive in surpassing key measurables and business objectives. In addition, John served in various leadership roles at Tenon Consulting Solutions where he focused on propelling operations, consulting services, marketing, and technology infrastructure initiatives. Across the board, John is most committed to meeting and exceeding operational and financial goals while delighting clients.
John received a bachelor’s degree in management and a master’s degree in business administration degree from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. John resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife, Lauren, and nine-year-old daughter, Kate. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, tennis and mountain biking.
