DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC PROJECTS
Sarah Feller serves as the Director of Strategic Projects at ProCredEx. She works with clients and internal teams to develop, review, and amend processes that fit the needs of our partners and is responsible for modernizing them from “paper” into the digital world.
Prior to joining ProCredex, Sarah was the Manager of Training and Development for a healthcare data analytics company where she created and delivered training, eLearning, and documentation to thousands of end users. She also has experience working within the space of population health, where she was a Certified Content Expert in NCQA’s Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). As a PCMH content expert, Sarah worked closely with medical practices, implementing processes and documentation, resulting in improved patient care and higher provider reimbursements.
Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from University of North Florida. She currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts with her husband and two children.
