SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
Shaylee joined the ProCredEx team in 2023 and plays a key role in the technical aspects of member onboarding. She specializes in managing and optimizing sensitive data, developing solutions to enhance system performance, and streamlining processes for greater efficiency.
She began her career as a Product Design Engineer at a large aftermarket automotive company, where she was quickly recognized for her problem-solving skills. She was appointed as the company’s sole Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) specialist, supporting a workforce of over 1,000 employees within a million-square-foot engineering, manufacturing, and distribution complex. In this role, she leveraged software and programming to develop tailored solutions that reduced manufacturing costs while maintaining or improving product quality.
Through this experience, Shaylee discovered her passion for software development and pursued formal training in the field. This led her to her first full-stack software engineering role at The American Board of Anesthesiology, where she continued developing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Outside of work, Shaylee enjoys spending time outdoors, skiing, and traveling with loved ones.
